SHIPPING: This item ships directly from our warehouse in Massachusetts, Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends. Items typically leave our warehouse 8-10 days from the order date, unless otherwise specified.

RETURNS: All purchases from gracefullyrestored.com are final sale, we do not accept returns. Please contact us with any questions you many have about a product prior to purchasing.
DAMAGES: Item MUST be inspected upon arrival. Should your item arrive damaged, please submit a Damage Claim Form within 1 week of receipt of shipment. We will not accept forms submitted after 1 week. Photos are required to substantiate damage. Upon receipt, we will review the claim for approval. If approved a replacement product or credit will be issued. All original packaging must be kept until you are notified otherwise.
